Facilitators which our Internal PT United Users. Purchasing Administrator and Purchasing Directors can now be assigned to locations rather than partners. These users will receive notification emails for Sales Order Request and Sales Order Approvals.
- Log In to your user account.
- Go to your Dashboard, Select the navigation Administration>Users>List.
- Look for your user name and click the edit option under the action column.
- You will be prompt to an “Edit” page, then click the “Companies” Tab.
- You can find the Partner by User and click Edit.
- Then, set your profile as a “Facilitator” for the entire partner using the General Access. Scroll down and click “Confirm.”
Now, your user accounts receive notifications for any sales order request or sales order approved like it’s generated for any locations.
- First, remove “Facilitator” on the General access and click confirm to make sure that I am no longer the facilitator for the entire partner.
- Once again, click the “Edit” button. Click on the “Location Access” using scroll down select locations and type “Facilitator.” Scroll down to confirm.
