¶ Adding Products to Supply list
SUPPLY LIST
- A supply list is a list of labeled supply lists of products created by Users. Each tagged list is a defined list of products curated by a customer or internal PT United user on behalf of a customer request.
- These predefined lists are to find and purchase commonly purchased products quickly. The labeling of the lists is to help define the type of products contained in the individual lists.
¶ How to Create a List
Creating a list is optional; you can create a list for your future purchases. It serves as your “Favorites.” So, whenever you re-purchase a product, you can go directly to “My Supply List.”
Note: Make sure to create a quote first before creating a supply list.
¶ Enter the Details
- On the Supply Lists Create Page, enter the following details;
- Type your desired name on the “Descriptive Name” field.
- Using the dropdown menu 'Search for Partners', choose user accounts for this partner.
- Search for users on the “Specific Users” dropdown menu.
- Search user accounts associated with these locations.
- Search user accounts from these Departments.
- Previously quoted items will automatically add on “Quote Contents.” Select “ADD ALL.”
- Make sure to type all the details before you hit the “Save” button.
¶ Return to your Dashboard
- Under “My Supply List,” the created list will automatically add. So, whenever you re-purchase the same product. Just double-click the list and select the items that you want to purchase.
- You will have an option to “Select All, or Add more products to List."
- Then, hit the “ADD TO QUOTE” button to purchase/create a sales order request for approval
¶ How to Edit List
Editing a supply list allows you to add or remove unnecessary items to purchase.
- Just click “Edit” under “Supply List” and search for the Supply List Name.
- Don't forget to hit the "SAVE" button to update changes.
